EbE Interview Panellist Role (Worthing Early Intervention for Psychosis Service)

We are looking for an Expert by Experience (EbE) to be part of the recruitment panel for the recruitment process of an administrator for the service. This person will bring an EbE perspective to the recruitment for this post by being a full voting member of the interview panel.

Duration: The interviews take place (in person) on Thursday 8th May. 10am to 1pm. (including preparation / selection time

Location: Arun House, 16 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, BN11 1RY

Main Purpose: Interview Panellist

Preparation & debriefing details: Preparation time to review applications 1hour. Following interviews, selection process 1 hour

Relevance of lived experience to role duties: Lived experience of psychosis necessary as this is for a position within a Specialist.

Skills Experience: Previous experience of interviews preferred but not essential.

Service Experience: Had experience of being supported by an Early Intervention for Psychosis Service.
