EbE Interview Panellist Role

We are looking for an Expert by Experience (EbE) to be part of the recruitment panel for this recruitment process. This person will bring an EbE perspective to the recruitment for this post by being a full voting member of the interview panel.

Location: St Annes, Hastings.

Main Purpose: To support band 6 OT interviews for Home First service in March 2025 This is a step down transitional discharge model from older peoples ward to follow up for up to 6 weeks by OT in community

Preparation & debriefing details: To be provided by the lead worker if required

Relevance of lived experience to role duties: Interest in older peoples services, acute and community

Skills Experience: Interpersonal Oral & written communication Organisation & planning Time management

Service Experience: Older Peoples Mental Health Services (OPMHS)
