EbE Interview Panellist Role (Interview panel member)

We are looking for an Expert by Experience (EbE) to be part of the recruitment panel for this recruitment process. This person will bring an EbE perspective to the recruitment for this post by being a full voting member of the interview panel.

Duration: 6 Hours

Location: Hill Rise, Church Hill, Newhaven, East Sussex

Main Purpose: To be part of an interview panel for a practitioner psychologist and a systemic psychotherapist. These are new community-based posts which will form part of our new multiple admission prevention team. There are five candidates to interview currently and the role of the EBE will be to ask a set question about service user involvement and be part of the rating and decision-making process for all the candidates

Preparation & debriefing details: As required

Relevance of lived experience to role duties: We need an EBE who has received secondary care and treatment from the Trust. Ideally this should include experience of acute in-patient care but this not essential.
