EbE Representative Role (To support as an EbE for the sexual safety and mixed sex group)
We are looking for an Expert by Experience (EbE) to bring the voice of lived experience to our work.

Main Purpose:
To guide and support actions from the Trust's sexual safety/mixed sex accommodation group.
To support the trusts work around Sexual Safety and provide input with the Sexual safety improvement plan. To be involved in discussions arund how we can improve services and support to those who have a history of sexual abuse.
We are particularly looking to find someone who identifies as trans or non-binary to join the group and add some contrast to the lived experience input we are already receiving in these sessions.
Preparation & debriefing details: 3 hours a month - including one monthly meeting and preparation time
Relevance of lived experience to role duties:
It is important that you have spent time in an inpatient setting as we are keen to learn from your lived experience in this environment.
We are really keen to hear from a range of people so that we hear different perspectives. This will enable us to be more confident that we are meeting the needs of a wider range of the people who use our services.
