Role Title: Policy review: Visiting patients in hospital

*Main Purpose: To review the policy from a service user perspective, including a review of the template letters to be provided to the patient and excluded visitor.

*Relevance of lived experience: We are looking for service users and carers who have been admitted to or visited an inpatient ward.

*Location: Zoom

*Preparation and debriefing: The draft policy will be shared in advance. 1 hour is allocated to read/prepare before the meeting.

*Date: Thursday 28th July

*Duration: 1 hour reading (in advance) and 1 hour workshop (28 July 2022)

*Time: To be determined
